She was very involved with the vendors; basically setting everything up, working out the details, asking questions I was too hesitant to ask. She worked seamlessly with all the vendors, including with the venue itself. She was incredibly responsive. I honestly don’t know how she responded to some of my emails that quickly. She was a resource for lots of questions like “what do most people do here?” or “why should I care about that?” – which I asked often and she always had a reasonable answer. She was very detailed and this helped me feel secure knowing that little details were not getting missed. Her day of document was a masterpiece!
